Recently, International Leading Technologies Transfer Company Limited (ILTech) successfully delivered and provided training for the C-Thrue concrete-specific Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) device (manufactured by IDS GeoRadar) to a State Agency in the capital city of Hanoi.
