Micromate from Instantel (Canada) is a specialized equipment for measuring & monitoring the vibration, noise/air overpressure effects caused by blasting, demolitions, construction activities, heavy transportation, etc. In Vietnam, there are currently about 40 sets of Instantel branded equipment being trusted in many spearhead industries.
Some of the main features and parameters of Micromate:
- Maximum 4-channel measurement: Triaxial Geophone (3 channels) and Microphone (01 channel) for measuring and monitoring vibration effects in 3 directions and air overpressure measurement (with Linear Microphone) or noise measurement (Sound Level Microphone).
- Sensors that can be used with Micromate: DIN standard Triaxial Geophone, ISEE Triaxial Geophone, Triaxial Borehole Geophone, Sound Level Microphone (noise measurement), Linear Microphone (air overpressure measurement).
- Connect USB 2.0 with auxiliary devices: portable printer, modems and USB.
- Wide touch screen, 320x240 pixels resolution, and high sensitivity help the operator can easily read the results and control the device.
- Display the available icons on the screen help to easily and quickly access the function during use.
- AutoCall Home™ mode allows remote control and automatic transmission/reporting of data.
- Battery life: 10 days (standard) and upgradeable up to 15 days (optional).
