Vietnam Road Asset Management Project (VRAMP) - total investment of 301.7 million USD - is the largest capital scale project in road maintenance that Ministry of Transport and Communications assigned Directorate for Roads of Vietnam to be the investor and Project Management Unit No.3 (PMU3) to be the investor's representative.
In April, Project Management Unit No.3 held a bid opening ceremony of the package No. RAM/G4: Procurement of Equipment for Data Collection under Component A belongs to VRAMP, supply 01 system of Pavement Condition Survey System (PCSS) to collect data for Component A.

This is the first time that ILTech has participated in an international competitive bidding and become a domestic sub-contractor of Yona - Engineering Consulting & Management Ltd to implement the above bid package. The Pavement Condition Survey System (PCSS) is a system including many equipment/measurements and professional data collection and data processing software which installed on the survey vehicle to detect all road surface problems such as roughness, rutting, cracks, potholes, cross-section lines etc. or supporting for transport assets data collection and management. All data collected in real time is synchronized with the survey wheel metric and geographical location, even the software can analyze and detect cracks automatically.
